A development of 75+ residential plots, swimming pool, pre-school and retail unit, requiring electricity and water connections.
Commencing in early 2023, this project had the challenge of being opposite a large school which made getting road space particularly difficult given the extensive off-site works required to bring dual HV cables onto site to supply the new 1000kVA substation.
In collaboration with the client, local highways authority and local residents we were able to complete these works in advance of site requiring show homes with the substation now being live and ready to supply the development.
First electric and water service connections were completed in May 2024.
