Entity Connect were engaged by the customer to provide them with electricity, gas and water installations to their residential development. With an off-site installation of approximately 600m, many challenges had to be overcome.
The site consists of a 315kVA substation, LP gas and water.
Planning was over a 12-month period but all utilities are now on site and almost ready for plot connections ahead of schedule.
